Our Vertical Main Drive & it features a 1 HP, 230 v, 50 Hz, single phase A.C Motor connected to Sturdy worm Reduction Gear Box is completely Maintenance free. The speed is variable and can be varied between 0 to 400 RPM. This is done via an electronic speed controller and the corresponding rpm is displayed digitally. The drive also includes a timer in order to set time-based operations. All our Multi-Attachments can be easily mounted and dismounted on the drive with the help of two quick locking and unlocking knobs.

Sieve Shaker : This operates on the reciprocating cam principle. The intensity of the vibration can be adjusted by changing the speed of the drive unit. The shaker can be fitted with various sieve sets according to customer’s requirements. . Sieves has to be ordered separately as per the requirement. Different sizes are available.

Pelletizer: The unit is equipped with a tilting and locking device, which is easy to operate. This permits adjustment of the infinitely variable setting of the pan angle, over its whole range. For the cleaning of the sides as well as the bottom of the pan an adjustable scraper is provided. Parts coming in to contact with the material to be processed are made of polished stainless steel. The material to be processed is fed manually, or with a metering device, if a continues is required. The tilted palletizing pan, which rotates in a clockwise direction, is tilted to our motor drive. The material is brought to practically the highest point of the pan and then rolls down in the even strim, to the lower half of the pan. In accordance with the nature of the material the necessary quantity of liquid to from the pellets is added in certain places. The rolling movement and the addition of moisture cause pellet form. Due to the tilted pan and the movement of the material the larger pellets are carried to the top surface.The size of the pellets can be influenced by the tilting angle of the pan by the amount of liquid added and the method, which it is introduced. As soon as the pan is full the pellets will continuously roll over the edge of the pan.

Universal Gearing: The universal gearing is a basic requirement for our different attachment like the Coating Pan, Polishing Drum, Pelletizer, Cube Mixer, etc. The Universal Gearing required when the operating angles for the above attachments have to be changed. The unit offers an adjustment of the angle of operation from 0 to 75 degrees.

Laboratory Mixer :The mixer operates with plough shape type mixing elements and is designed for dry mixing of powders, granulates and fiber particle containing products. Differences in volume ranging to 1:100000 can be mixed homogeneously in shorttime. The drum, unilaterally supported on one side, is tilt-able and has a 5 liters capacity. The mixing drum made of stainless steel has a removable cover through which the material can be loaded and unloaded. The mixing tools as well as the connecting flange of the mixing drums are of stainless steel and are highly polished. The drum is attached with an adjustable tension spring.

Lab Kneader : Inside of the through two z- shaped stirrers rotate towards each other at different speed. The special shape of the stirrers and the speed differential at which they operate shorten substantially the required mixing time. Stirrers and trough are made of stainless steel. The unit had a capacity of 3 to 4 kg. The through can be delivered with a double jacket for cooling or heating with water. The trough is closed with cover made of acrylic so that the kneading operation can be watched. The trough can be tilted for emptying or cleaning.

Drum hoop mixer : This unit is suitable to attached Horizontal Main Drive [HMD], hoop mixer is suitable to research as well as industrial use in the pharmaceutical, chemical industries, food industries and plastic industries. Drum Hoop mixer comprises of two parts:
- The drive units with drum hoop support stand assembly.
- Acrylic mixing drum with rotating mechanism. The drum hoop mixer having drum capacity of 5 Kg. Operational capacity 3.00 Kg.

Wet Granulator: This machine is equipped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacturer wet granulates of various granule sizes. Sieves are easily exchangeable. rotor , sieve and all parts coming in to connect with the material are constructed of stainless steel. Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve each of 1.0 and 1.6 mm mesh size. The capacity of the machine depends of the material and the mesh sizes of the sieve and is maximum 25-30 kg per hour.

Dry Granulator: The dry Granulator consists of two motor driven rollers with teeth. This forces the material to be granulated with very low proportion of powder. This is a very sturdy attachment and can be run continuously for granulating tablets / slugs and pellets.

Double Cone Mixer: This unit is used for rapid mixing of all types of free flowing powders and granules. The uniform, multidimensional arrangement of the mixer walls ensures good mixing. The vessel is manufactured from stainless steel and secured with threaded knobs. This unit can be attached to the Universal Gearing.

Coating Pan: The coating pan is used to produce uniform coating on tablets. This can be used with the universal Gearing and as a result different tilting angle can be set up to 45 Degree. It is also permits speed control at any desired RPM. For drying the coated tablets an infrared radiator is provided at an extra cost.

Polishing Drum :The polishing drum consists of felt lined inside of a metal drum for polishing coated tablets. The bottom of the drum is also lined with felt. The polishing drum fits with the Universal Gearing exactly like the coating pan and the cube mixer. The top cover, which locks quickly in to place with closures. The cover is fitted with acrylic sheet, which help the observation of the polishing process while the machine is running. This Attachment is Suitable to Attached in our Both Main Drive.

V- Blender : The ‘V’ Blender is mainly used for mixing of dry power and its provides excellent results when mixing two different powers. This mixer provides a unique movement to the powers and thus mixes them very well

Planetary Mixer : An ideal mixer for creams, ointments, pastes, and liquids, but also for wetted powders. The sturdily constructed planetary gear can be equipped with various mixing and kneading attachments, made of stainless steel. Depending upon type of the material to be processed, a dough arm, a mixing paddle. Any material, which sticks to the walls of the kettle, is scraped continuously by the Teflon scrapper, which is shaped to fit exactly the kettle wall. Therefore, homogeneous mixing results in the shortest time. The vacuum planetary mixer is suitable to attach on Both Main Drive.

Ball Mill : This Ball Mill is a very sturdy attachment and mainly used for grinding crystalline materials and for the mixing of dry materials. The Ball Mill consists of the transmission drive, stand of the Ball Mill and the Ball Mill it self. The jar is stainless steel and contains balls which vary in diameter from 30 to 40 mm. The jar rests on two spindles. One of which is driven spindle. The jar and balls can be sterilized in a water bath.

Homogenizer : This attachment Used in the preparation of oil-in-water and water-in-oil construction in quantities up in 30 kg / hour. Homogenizer is produced by a piston pump. Materials may be fed to the pump either from a hopper, having a capacity of 1.5 liters. Or a screw nozzle may be attached with a suction filter, which sucks the premixed materials from a storage container. Homogenizer takes place by the forward and backward movements of the piston. A vacuum is created during the backstroke of the piston, which sucks the liquid back. During the forward movement of the piston, the liquid is pushed against the tips of the nozzle. Adjustment of this nozzle determines the fineness of the homogenization. Homogenizer is equipped with a graduated scale. Hopper, piston and nozzle are made of stainless steel.

Dosing Filling for Liquid :Advantages of this machine are accurate dosing, drip free filling, easy adjustment as a table machine. The Dosinig Filler fills and dispenses all liquids with two pumps and valves made from stainless stell. Both pumps work on one commun filling needle. Filling needles are made of stainless steel. The capacity of the machine is between 1000 and 2000 fills per hour.

Dosing Filling for Ointments :The machine is suitable to fill drip free and accurately, ointments, creams, pharmaceuticals and cosmetic emulsion, toothpaste, oil paints, jam, ketchup and similer products in to tubes, jars, bottles, plastic containers etc. The capacity of this attachments between 1000 and 1200 fills per hour. The hooper has capacity of 18 litres, and all parts in the contect with the material to be filled are made of stainless steel.
