iNWEKA Portable Tablet Hardness Tester Model iHT 100 Designed for simple, inexpensive tablet hardness testing EMC/CE approved. The manual Tablet Hardness Tester, iNWEKA iHT100 is the ideal tool for “in-situ” measurement of tablet Hardness.

This enables the user to react quickly to adjust the compression force of a tablet press and reduce the costs created by tablets produced out of specified hardness limits. Due to its lightweight construction (approx. 1.kg.) and the independent power supply (battery charged)

The iNWEKA iHT can easily be carried from the tablet press to tablet press to measure, the safety cover is to be opened; the sample placed in the measuring station and is pressed against a metal plate (connected to an electronic load-cell) moved by a hand wheel, until the sample brakes.

The result of the measurement is shown on the built-in-LCD in either N, kg or lb. Using the supplied brush, the tablet debris and dust can be transported into the collection box located under the test station. When the collection box is full, it can be easily removed and emptied. validation of the unit quite simple. Every time the unit is switched on it fulfils an automatic half-calibration (zero calibrated).

The equipment is manufactured by Erweka India Pvt Ltd with the technical help from Erweka GmbH Germany. The critical parts used in this unit are imported.
