iNWEKA Tablet Hardness Tester, Type iHT 100:

1 Portable Tablet Hardness Tester Model iHT 100 Designed for simple, inexpensive tablet hardness testing EMC/CE approved. Due to its lightweight construction (approx. 1.kg.) and the independent power supply (battery charged) the iNWEKA iHT can easily be carried from the tablet press to tablet press. To measure, the safety cover is to be opened; the sample placed in the measuring station and is pressed against a metal plate (connected to an electronic load-cell) moved by a hand wheel, until the sample brakes. The result of the measurement is shown on the built-in-LCD in either N, kN, kg or lb. Calibration of the unit quite simple. Every time the unit is switched on it fulfils an automatic half-calibration (zero calibrated).

iNWEKA Tapped Density Tester-iSVM 203 (only two test stations)

Inweka Tapped Density Testers, Type SVM 203 combines USP1 & USP2 the two different Method in only one unit. Test station 1 operates acc. to USP method 1, test-station 2 at the same time acc. to USP method 2/EP/DIN ISO EN 787, part 11.The equipment is equipped with two Glass Ware of 250 ml. Optionally sound proof cabinet can be supplied.

iNWEKA Leak Test Apparatus, Model iVDT

iNWEKA Leak Test Apparatus to verify the function of blister packaging machines. The unit is equipped with a vacuum pump, pressure -100 mm of Hg to -630 mm of Hg and time up to 9999 sec. are adjustable by the membrane keypad. The LC display can show remaining test run time and actual pressure. The blister is placed in the external pressure container which is filled with liquid. Serial printer port is available for printing. Batch number can be entered.

iNWEKA Friability Tester, Model iTAR:

In contrast to the basic Tablet Friability/Abraison Testing TA-Series the INWEKA IN-TAR-Series offers variable speed The required speed is entered by the numeric membrane keypad. For loading no need to removed the drum, and for un loading its fully automatic. Actual and nominal speed as well as the remaining run time is constantly shown at LC display. The unit is available for holding 1 or 2 Friability- or Abrasion Drum/s. A 10° tool for USP test of bigger samples is standard. Optionally up to four drum can be attached with single machine.

iNWEKA Dissolution Tester – Type DT 800 series :

The modular design of the DT 8-X SERIES generally offers 8 USP Vessels (1000 ml) in combination with 3, 6, 7 or 8 stirrers. Due to its functions it is the perfect dissolution tester for stand-alone and offline-system configurations. To fulfill all user requirements, the unit is available ”easy access version” (High Head). Using the alpha-numeric keypad, product monographs can be entered,
stored and recalled for testing. To eliminate the need for an external logbook, the DT 8-X SERIES stores the last 600 users together with ON/OFF time and date. Access to the unit is password protected (three different user levels plus administrator). As an option, the DT 8-X SERIES offers automated OQ Check of the units USP/EP compliance,automated USP/EP compliant sampling as well as temperature measurement for each vessel.
