Have fully equipped service lab for more detail examination / repair of equipments. We do keep some essential spares of running items to support in emergency.
Installation
Installation of iNWEKA’s equipments like All Purpose equipments, iTAR – Friability Tester, iSVM - Tapped Density, iDT 800- Dissolution Tester iZT – Disintegration Tester, and iHT100 – Tablet Hardness Tester iVDT – Vacuum Leak Tester, Electro Vibro Shieve Shaker
For a perfect installation and training of the user/s, ERWEKA India offers a complete installation service by well trained Engineer of ERWEKA India. This means the unit or system will be installed at your site, the operation will be checked and the user/s receives training in the operation of the unit.
Calibration
Before despatching all iNWEKA’s Equipments like Hardness testers, dissolution tester, disintegration tester, Leak tester, Friability tester, Tapped Density tester, All purpose, as well as all electronic temperature sensors are calibrated. The calibration documentation comes with the unit.
For re-calibration of iNWEKA’s equipments, All equipments come with a calibration menu in the standard firm-ware.
For perfect operation and assurance of accurate results, ERWEKA India offers Calibration Services on site by trained Engineers. All calibration tools used by Engineer are constantly checked. Necessary documents like calibration reports supported by traceable certificates
AMC Contract
For preventive maintenance we have option Like Free Services under the Warranty Period, after warranty Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) ,& in case of Emergency Paid Service Visits, etc…
For optimum performance of unit, servicing of unit need to be done quarterly i.e every 3 months under normal working conditions of 8 hr / day.

- We arrange yearly training for our engineer to meet with new updates and technologies introduced by ERWEKA GmbH
- We depute engineers every year to factory at Germany to undergo training.
- Well professional approach to meet requirement of Pharma industries.
- Having bunch of tools and procedures to check various parts of instruments.
- Having check list and procedures to check various parts of instruments like Thickness block, Hardness and Diameter block, weight block and Dissolution block (whichever is applicable.) ALL CERTIFIED
- Having advance technology to access the instruments from our works - REMOTE ACESS to support in case of emergency as well as difficult location ( subject to availability of required software and internet connection at site ).
- Having multi configuration software to connect instrument and check individual operations.
- Having hyper terminal to check for chip level settings.
- History card of each unit is well maintained to track the issues.
